High School Weight Training Lessons
Hello,
I am looking to make some changes to my weight training lesson plans. I would like to look at any high school weight training lessons that teachers may be willing to share. Our classes meet 5 days per week but we use one day per week as a cardio day. We use the bench press, deadlift, and squat as our three main lifts. We also incorporate jump rope, and kettlebell exercises.
I have a main lift schedule to use but would love to see any power point slides or teaching materials that can be shared.
