SLT Liquidation FAQ

ShareLearnTeach – Closing Down (Liquidation Statement)

1) I have an existing subscription with ShareLearnTeach, what happens now?

Out of a gesture of goodwill, another website provider has taken on the responsibility of hosting the resources and content of ShareLearnTeach so that you do not miss out on what you’ve paid for. They have also stated it will be exclusively for members of ShareLearnTeach whom have existing subscriptions and paid. They will also kindly make this free for 2 years, just to paying members of ShareLearnTeach.

We will email you directly with login details that we ask, you do not share as this would be unfair on the individuals whom have paid for this privilege. (This will take place in the next two weeks, while material is merged across).

2) I haven’t received the email with the login details, as mentioned above to gain access to the resources?

Registration to EduCache is free for three years for all SLT users. Please sign up with the email address of your choice. No card details needed.

3) What happened to ShareLearnTeach?

Unfortunately, due to rising numbers of cancellations, disputes which also charges SLT $25 per dispute, extremely low membership costs and rising costs of running the site. It has become untenable to run.

The Directors of ShareLearnTeach Limited have instructed FRP Advisory to assist with placing the Company into Liquidation. As referred to above, another provider has agreed to take on the responsibility of hosting the resources and content of ShareLearnTeach. If you do not wish to continue accessing the resources via the new provider, then please contact [email protected] to request the appropriate documentation to place a claim in the Liquidation.

  • If you have paid by credit card, please contact your card provider for a refund.
  • If you have paid by bank transfer, or debit card, please contact your bank, however you may not get a refund.
  • If you are unable to get a refund from your bank, then please contact [email protected] to place a claim in the Liquidation.

We would like to thank all of our PEople for their support throughout the years of ShareLearnTeach and are sad to see it get to this stage. We wish you all the success with your future endeavours in teaching!

Many thanks and our sincere apologies
