  Applying for a Head of Academic PE role – Advice Welcome……

  Afternoon all, I am in the process of applying for a position as Head of Academic PE and wondered if anyone in a similar role could offer any pearls of wisdom? I am interested in any particular changes anyone has made in their departments which have made a big difference? I am also interested if anyone has created a ‘google docs’ type system for regular retrieval practice with students and could advise how this could be set up? To me this seems a fantastic way to get quick feedback of understanding from students but not sure if others would recommend this.
